Introduction
Superfine grinder is a device to grinding raw material into very small powder, according to the raw material performance, the fineness can reach from 2000-6000mesh. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, food industries, pigments and minerals.  Material we have tested before likes traditional Chinese medicinal materials notoginseng, ginseng, tea, liquorice, hawthorn, pearl and etc.

Powder grinder is made of 304 stainless steel, compact structure, simple operation, convenient assembly, disassembly and cleaning. Low noise, no dust flying in the process of grinding, the working environment is sanitary and environmental protection, up to the GMP standard. Low-temperature cooling is available according to user requirements, standard simple dust removal or optional pulse dust removal device.

Condition to use this machine: 
1. Before put raw material into this grinding machine, it should be pre-treated to suitable water content, dryness, size. Too wet or too soft material will affect the grinder’s performance and speed.
2. Water chiller should be used to provide constant cooling to the grinding chamber, so that there will be less heat generated to damage the powder property. A dust collector is there to get powder that left in the machine, which avoids waste.
3. The grinding system is composed of a grinder, cyclone, dust collector, receiving bucket, and an electric control box. With powder fineness adjustment turntable and indicator needle, the  adjustment is convenient and quick.
