JSGPF Stainless Pipe Filter Housing is an improved small tube strainer that can remove a small number of solid particles in the liquid, also can protect the compressor, pump, instruments, and other equipment to work normally.
JSGPF Pube Filter using multichannel polishing processing to ensure the interface Ra reaches 0.6um close to sanitary level. All of the surfaces are mirror polished.

Operation Conditions

Max. Operation Pressure: 0.6-1.0Mpa.
Max. Temperature: 150℃.
Main Manufacturing Material (Shell and Sieve Pipe Filter Element）: 304 or 316L as optional.
Sealing Ring& Gasket: EPDM, PTFE, VITON, SILICA
Surface Finish: 1# mechanical polishing; 2# electrolytic polishing; 3# sand blasting, can choose
Polishing: ≤0.4μm inside, ≤0.6μm outside.
Connection of Shell: Tri-clamp.
Connection of In-outlet: Tri-clamp,2″,2.5″,3″.
